AkénLuxe Return & Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes an item may not be the perfect fit. That’s why we offer a 14-day return policy from the delivery date for refunds and a 28-day window for exchanges.
How to Return an Item:
- Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
- Contact us at info@akenluxe.com before sending your return. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Include your order number and reason for return or exchange inside the package.
Important Notes:
- We do not offer free returns; customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Returns must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or issue a refund.
- For hygiene reasons, certain items, such as underwear and socks, cannot be returned.
- If your order included a free item, it must be returned with the original item. Otherwise, the value of the free item will be deducted from your refund.
Processing Your Return:
- Once received, your return will be inspected and processed within 15 working days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund or exchange has been processed.
